As the Administrative Director of Community Outreach and Community Partnerships, Krystal Moyer furthers Augusta Health's mission to improve the health of the community by developing strategic partnerships with community stakeholders and their organizations. She directs Augusta Health’s Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Implementation Plan and the activities of the Community Outreach and Partnerships Department. Krystal is especially passionate about creating systemic change in the health of communities so that every person can live their healthiest life and be their most authentic self.
