Thomas Moriarty, CISSP, Director, Information Security, MEDITECH, and Kim Gajewski, Principal Consultant for Government Strategy, Policy, and Partnerships, Mandiant

Tom Moriarty has more than 18 years' experience in the medical software industry, with 10+ years in Information Security. He has extensive experience in meeting the latest guidelines in security, with a strong concentration in the ISO 27000 family of standards. As Manager of Information Security at MEDITECH, Tom builds trusted relationships with strategic customers and manages complex cross divisional projects involving diverse parts of the organization.

Kim Gajewski is the Principal Consultant for Government Strategy, Policy, and Partnerships for Mandiant which is now part of Google Cloud. She supports stakeholder engagement, regulatory and policy reviews, and business development across the suite of Google Public Sector cybersecurity and artificial intelligence tools and services. Kim previously oversaw the Department of Homeland Security’s cybersecurity policymaking efforts in her role as the Director for Cyber Policy in the Office of Policy. She served as the Director for Election Security at the White House National Security Council overseeing the government’s efforts to safeguard and secure the 2020 elections. Prior to joining DHS, Kim worked at the Department of Defense supporting the 2014-2016 international Ebola outbreak response as well as on cooperative biosafety and biosecurity efforts in Ethiopia. She holds a Master’s Degree from Emory University and Bachelor’s Degrees from Duke University.
